model. Overlaying this, our sister company, Direct Dialogue Limited
(DDL) takes responsibility for recruitment, training and service
delivery until such time you wish to take ownership of the operation.
When the time is right, DDL transfers staff (Customer Advisors,
Team Leaders) to the client in their own discrete area of the hosted
facility.
