Working in conjunction with Cannock Developments, one of the UK’s largest property developers, Portal will partner with you to determine the best location, whether it be a green field site or the redevelopment of an existing facility. Once agreed we will take complete responsibility of the complete build and fit-out, leaving you to concentrate on what you do best, your core business.

Mini-case study – E.ON
Using their market knowledge and delivery expertise Portal and Cannock Developments worked together with E.ON UK to build a 52,000 sq. ft. customer service and back office facility at a green field site near Nottingham. The challenge was to deliver the bespoke 600 seat centre and fully operational within just 10 months from contract.
What set this apart from other options on the market was, the term of commitment, just 5 years. The solution was delivered on an operational contract basis charged on a per workstation per month to agreed service levels. Furthermore, at the end of the 5-year term, E.ON UK had the options to either make a clean exit (no dilapidations, legal fees or write-offs of the infrastructure provided by Portal), continue under the hosted arrangements or take over the facility with Portal in effect exiting.
